Willing youths from host communities are equipped with capacity building opportunities in skills such as: hairdressing, fashion design, welding & Fabrication, electrical installation, plumbing and fitting, fishing and carpentry.
Requisite tools are provided for these youths to enable them practice what they learn and therefore earn sustainable livelihoods.
Youths become self reliant, income earners and small/medium scale entrepreneurs who in turn positively impact their communities.
As a result, we now have a wider pool of local competent contractors/vendors for our community projects
